 Prime Merchant Group

Effective Date: October 6, 2025

Prime Merchant Group, LLC (“PMG,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to making our websites, applications, and Payment Gateway Services powered by NMI (the “Services”) accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and to apply accessibility best practices as part of our design, content, and engineering processes.

Measures we take

  • Design & content: semantic HTML, proper heading order, descriptive link text, text alternatives for non-text content, and sufficient color contrast.
  • Keyboard & focus: full keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and skip-to-content links.
  • Forms: clear labels, instructions, and error messages; association of labels with inputs.
  • Structure & ARIA: appropriate landmarks/roles and minimal, well-tested ARIA where needed.
  • Continuous testing: automated checks and periodic manual audits including keyboard-only use and screen reader spot-checks.
  • Training: guidance for designers, developers, and content authors on accessible patterns.

Conformance status

We strive for WCAG 2.2 AA conformance across our public pages and core user flows. Some third-party content (for example, embedded widgets or analytics scripts) may not fully meet the same level in every case. We work with providers to encourage accessible alternatives.

Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology

Our site is designed to work with the latest versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and with common assistive technologies (for example, NVDA/JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, TalkBack on Android). Older browsers or vendor-modified builds may not provide the best experience.

Technical specifications

Accessibility relies on: HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. If you block scripts and styles globally, some functionality may be unavailable.

Known limitations & continuous improvement

If you encounter an accessibility issue, it may be due to a regression, an integration with a third-party component, or a content oversight. We review reports promptly and aim to remediate issues within a reasonable timeframe based on severity and user impact.

Feedback & support

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our Services.

Please include the page URL, the issue you experienced, your browser/OS, and any assistive technology used. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

Formal complaints

If you believe your accessibility request was not handled appropriately, please reply to our support email with “Accessibility Complaint” in the subject. We will escalate to our compliance team for review.
